Tai Chi, Yoga & Special Events at the Senior Center
The Brattleboro Recreation & Parks Department Senior Center will be hosting two new ongoing classes starting in February. Instructor Matina Steves is offering an afternoon Tai Chi class on Tuesdays from 3 to 3:45 p.m. and a Yoga class on Thursdays 3 to 3:45 p.m. Both classes are $5 for Senior Center members.
