Recording fees are $15 per page;
flat rate for the Vermont Property Transfer Tax Return, $15.
Recording of map mylars: $25 per sheet.

Brattleboro Land Records are now available online back to January 1, 1945 inclusive and also books 80 and 81 which include some of 1943 and 1944. All maps from 1857.
