View the OFFICIAL results for Brattleboro’s State Primary election, which was held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. 

Beginning August 17, the library’s Main Street entrance will close and is expected to remain closed through the fall and all designated library parking will be relocated to the Municipal Center parking lot. 

The latest round of updates from VTrans includes information for the week of August 9.

The project seeks to address chronic road wash outs that create financial stress to the town, impair the water quality of the Crosby Brook, and create localized flooding.

Construction activities will take place Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. No on-street parking will be permitted on the streets actively being worked on. 

Offerings include youth soccer, field hockey, gymnastics, and chess.

Polls will be open on August 11 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the American Legion, 32 Linden Street.

Due to rain in the forecast, the Town of Brattleboro has rescheduled Community Connection Night to Wednesday, August 5, 2026. 

Interstate 91 Exit 3 on- and off-ramps for northbound and southbound are scheduled to be closed August 5-7 from midnight through 5 a.m.
