Land Posting Form

To legally post property in Brattleboro against hunting and fishing a form must be filed with the Town Clerk and sent to the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife. The filing fee is $5 payable to the Brattleboro Town Clerk. Print the form, complete all information, sign the form, keep a copy, then mail the original with the $5 fee to:

Upon receipt of the form and fee the Town Clerk will record the posting in the clerk's office and send a copy to Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife for their records.
