The Brattleboro Representative Town Meeting Human Services Review Committee is accepting applications for FY25 Human Services Funding. 

The following dates have been scheduled for Brattleboro's curbside Fall Leaf Collection for all residents: Friday, November 3, 2023; and Friday, November 17, 2023.

The Brattleboro Selectboard will meet on October 17, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. in the Selectboard Meeting Room at the Municipal Center, 230 Main Street, and on Zoom.

Break out the ice skates — the 2023-24 ice skating season has arrived at the Nelson Withington Skating Facility! 

After four rounds in a March Madness-style tournament against 15 other North American cities, Brattleboro won the title Strongest Town in North America on April 14. Voters from an international audience of millions selected Brattleboro to win the eighth annual Strongest Town Contest based on its dedication to Strong Towns principles, such as transparent local accounting, building safe and productive streets, encouraging incremental housing, eliminating parking mandates, and ending highway expansions.   On October 6, Strong Towns published a video feature on YouTube showcasing what it is that makes Brattleboro unique.
