Tai Chi, Yoga & Special Events at the Senior Center
The Brattleboro Recreation & Parks Department Senior Center will be hosting two new ongoing classes starting in February. Instructor Matina Steves is offering an afternoon Tai Chi class on Tuesdays from 3 to 3:45 p.m. and a Yoga class on Thursdays 3 to 3:45 p.m. Both classes are $5 for Senior Center members. The Senior Center is also hosting several other special events this month. Our February Birthday Luncheon for those 60 years old and older will be held on Feb. 12 beginning at noon.
