The road is expected to remain closed at the project location starting Sept. 8 through the remainder of the month.

UPDATE: It was originally anticipated that this work would begin the day after Labor Day but that has been changed to later in September. 

Labor Day is next weekend and crews will be off the road from 6 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 4 until 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8 in observance of the Holiday.

The Town is accepting proposals from companies experienced with the collection and proper disposal of residential municipal solid waste services along with the collection and processing of recyclables.
