Holiday Closures 2024
Check out the list below for information regarding closures during the holiday season.
Christmas Eve
Brattleboro Town offices will close at 12 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
Brooks Memorial Library will close at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
Christmas Day
All Town offices will be closed Wednesday, December 25, except emergency services.
Brooks Memorial Library will be closed on December 25.
Trash, recycling and composting WILL be affected by the holiday. Collections will be delayed by one day.
Parking is free on Christmas Day.
New Year's Eve/Day
All Brattleboro Town offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in observance of New Year’s Day.
Brooks Memorial Library will be open until 6 p.m. on Tuesday December 31, 2024. Brooks Memorial Library will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
Trash, recycling and composting WILL be affected by the holiday. Collections will be delayed by one day.
Parking is free on New Year's Day.
Town Manager's Office
The Brattleboro Town Manager’s Office will be closed from Thursday, December 26, 2024 to Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Free Holiday Weekend Parking
The Town of Brattleboro is offering free parking downtown during the final two weekends of the year. Parking will be free on December 20, 21 and 22, 2024, and again on December 27, 28 and 29 to coincide with the busy holiday season.
