With election season ramping up, Vermont Secretary of State Sarah Copeland Hanzas has shared new voter resources.

In-person services will be unavailable. The department will reopen on Wednesday, May 22 at 8:30 a.m.

On May 14, the Utilities Division will be replacing a water valve in front of 136 Prospect Street. The road will be closed between Washington Street and Central Street from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On Tuesday, March 19, the Brattleboro Highway Division will replace a failed culvert on Upper Dummerston Road, near House #1111.

On Wednesday, January 17, contractors for the New Hampshire Bridge Project will be moving a steel structure from New Hampshire to Depot Street on the Vermont side of the existing bridge.

The Brattleboro Emergency Management group is watching two storms this week that could impact our area. 

On Friday, December 22, a contractor will be working in the roadway on Ames Hill at the Robb Farm. The road will be open with restricted traffic and occasional short delays. Please plan accordingly and avoid the area if possible.

The Friends of the Library’s Annual Book Sale will begin on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25. 

On November 6, a group of students visited the Municipal Center to learn about some of the (many!) responsibilities of our Town Clerk’s Office.
