Lower Canal Street Emergency Repairs

[Published Aug. 8 at 12:30 p.m.] The Utilities Division is working to locate a utility issue in the roadway at the intersection of Main Street, Canal Street, South Main Street and Route 142 (Vernon Street).  Motorists are asked to avoid travel in the area if possible. This issue could result in a loss of water in the localized area. The Utilities Division will be releasing updates as soon as they become available.
