The southbound lane of Canal Street will be closed from South Main Street to Elm Street on Nov. 12.
Sawdust Alley Paving Begins Oct. 14
Beginning Monday, October 14, DMI Paving (a contractor of the town) will be paving Sawdust Alley (Holden Street, Baker Street and lower Birge Street.)
Elliot Street Partial Closure on Sept. 30
Elliot Street will be closed between the entrance to the Harmony Lot and the entrance to the Transportation Center between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
One-Way Traffic on Elliot Street on Sept. 25
The Utilities Division will be making an emergency repair to the sewer line on Elliot Street, near 50 Elliot Street on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
Hinesburg Road Closure on Sept. 23
On Sept. 23, the Highway Division will be replacing a failed culvert on Hinesburg Road.
Sewer Line Replacement on Upper Forest Street
The Utilities Division will be replacing a sewer line on Upper Forest Street from Sept. 3-6, 2024.
Brannan St. Closure Begins Sept. 3
Contractors will replace a retaining wall near the eastern intersection of Brannan Street and Williams Street. The work is expected to take several weeks.
Sidewalk Replacement on Western Ave. Begins July 15
Beginning July 15, the sidewalk on Western Avenue from Edward Heights to Greenleaf Street will be replaced. This work is expected to take several weeks.
Utility Work on Greenhill Parkway
Beginning on Monday, July 8, the Utilities Division will be replacing the sewer main on Greenhill Parkway and Strawberry Lane.
Fairground Road Sidewalk Replacement
The Highway Division will be replacing the sidewalk on the south side of Fairground Road between Canal Street and Atwood Street.

Feb. 6: Expect One-Way Traffic on Western Ave
On Feb. 6, Western Ave will have alternating one-way traffic with flaggers between the two ends of Meadowbrook Road for most of the day.
