You will need to register your property once every year. The town will send notice at time of re-registration. There is no registration fee. Next year, you will not need to start over. We will email you with this year's form. You will update any information as needed, and submit the form with the current information.

In accordance with Chapter 8, Article III of the Brattleboro Town Ordinances, "All apartment buildings or leased residential dwelling unit owners shall file an annual rental registry identifying their leased residential dwelling units for each building located in the town of Brattleboro. These properties must meet the standards set by the town of Brattleboro as well as the State of Vermont."
