Commercial Inspections

The Brattleboro Fire Department does not perform commercial property inspections at this time. To schedule a commercial property inspection please contact:

Rental Housing Inspections

In accordance with Chapter 8, Article III of the Brattleboro Town Ordinances, "All apartment buildings or leased residential dwelling unit owners shall file an annual rental registry identifying their leased residential dwelling units for each building located in the town of Brattleboro. These properties must meet the standards set by the town of Brattleboro as well as the State of Vermont."
