Change of Assessment/Allocation Notice
A Change of Assessment/Allocation Notice is sent to any property that has a change in value prior to April 1st of each year.
You may receive this notice:
- if there was a value change in your property
- or there was a new allocation of your homestead/house site
- or if you are enrolled in Vermont’s Use Value Appraisal (previously known as Current Use Program) and there are new value allocations
