The Brattleboro Fire Department is reminding the public to stay safe during the solar eclipse, which is expected to happen on Monday, April 8 from approximately 2 to 4:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service is forecasting a prolonged storm beginning Tuesday, April 2, and continuing into Thursday.
The Brattleboro Police Department’s Animal Control Officer will be holding a Rabies Clinic on March 16 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Brattleboro Police Station.
With the amount of rain and snow melt from higher elevations, Brattleboro is experiencing flooding prominently in the West Brattleboro area. We are expected to see high winds, which could cause downed power lines and power outages.
