Town Offices Closed on Veterans Day
In observance of Veterans Day, all Brattleboro Town offices will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, with the exception of emergency services.
Parking is free at all metered spaces and in the pay-and-display lots on Tuesday, Nov. 11. All other violations will be enforced.
Brooks Memorial Library will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Trash, recycling and composting will NOT be affected by the holiday. All curbside collections will take place on the regular schedule.
Rec & Parks
In observance of Veterans Day, the Gibson-Aiken Center Office at 207 Main Street will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025.
Despite the office closure, all evening programs will run as normal. There will be additional Open Gym & Game Room for grades K-12 on Nov, 11 from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
There will also be additional public skating at the Nelson Withington Skating Facility on Nov. 11 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
