The department has a total of 27 sworn police officer positions and 16 civilian personnel who all work together to provide the citizens of Brattleboro a professional department that they deserve. The process to become a Brattleboro Police Officer begins with filling out the application online. Once that is received and accepted by HR, you will be notified of upcoming interview dates.
