Direct Debit Program

You can sign up for electronic transfers of your quarterly property tax and utility payments directly from your bank account to the Town. On the actual due date for each installment, we will debit your bank account for the exact amount. You will still receive your bill by mail.
 

How to Enroll

You can enroll in the Direct Debit Program by completing the intake form. The form is an interactive PDF that can be completed on a computer.

Please note: completed forms MUST be delivered to the Finance Department, 230 Main Street, Suite 111. Do NOT send the application by email. 
 

How to End Your Enrollment

To terminate your enrollment with the Direct Debit Program, please complete the Removal Form. 

Other Details About the Program

• The Town will automatically withdraw from your account on the due date unless we receive written notification from you at least 15 days before the installment’s due date.

• This form must be delivered in person to the Treasurer’s Office at least 15 days before the quarterly bill due date. If not, it will not take effect until the following quarter.

• To ensure correct account and routing numbers, please bring a voided check or a copy of a check. For savings accounts, please bring the account number and routing information.
