Careers
Located in beautiful southern Vermont, the Brattleboro Fire Department is a career fire department that provides all-hazards emergency response. We currently work a 3-platoon schedule, but we will shift to a 4-platoon schedule in July 2026: 24 hours on, 48 hours off, 24 hours on, 96 hours off. The chart below shows our call volume for the previous year.
