Pay Utility Bills with OpenGov
The Finance Department has launched a new online platform for paying utility bills. Customers can now pay their water/sewer statements by visiting the OpenGov portal and registering the property account.
Customers can establish recurring or one-time payments with a debit or credit card or by entering their bank information. View instructions for using the portal in this print guide or video tutorial.
After you register, you can elect to receive email statements only or continue to receive them in the mail.
The portal is open now, and using your statement, you may log on and make your next quarterly payment, which is due on or before Nov. 17, 2025, by 5 p.m.
Utility payments made online have an additional charge of 2.7% + 5 cents.
