Pay Utilities Bill on OpenGov
The Finance Department has launched a new online platform for paying utility bills. Customers can now pay their water/sewer statements by visiting the OpenGov portal and registering the property account.
You can register and pay online with your banking information, credit or debit cards, making them reoccurring or one time payments. View instructions for using the portal in this print guide or video tutorial.
After you register you can elect to receive email statements or only or continue to receive them in U.S. mail.
The portal is open now, and using your statement you may log on and make your next quarter payment due on or before Nov. 17, 2025, by 5 p.m.
