Legal Notice: Easement Deed to the Friends of West River Trail
The Brattleboro Selectboard hereby provides notice to the community that the Selectboard intends to sign a warranty easement deed to the Friends of West River Trail, Inc. conveying an easement for recreational purposes (pedestrian and bike path).
Further, the board provides notice that it intends to include in the conveyance any rights to salvage surplus materials located on the property so long as the proceeds from such salvage operation is contributed to the construction of the recreational trail to be constructed on said premises.
