The Committee Fair Returns on May 13
Learn how you can take part in your local government during Brattleboro's second Committee Fair! Beginning this summer, the Selectboard will be appointing new members to the Town’s numerous boards and committees. Speak with those currently serving and find a group that interests you!
The Committee Fair will be happening on Wednesday, May 13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Brooks Memorial Library's Main Reading Room (224 Main Street, Brattleboro).
Residents are invited to meet representatives from a variety of Town boards and committees, learn more about the work they do, and explore opportunities for civic involvement. Committee members will be available to answer questions, discuss current projects and responsibilities, and speak with community members interested in applying for vacant seats.
The Committee Fair is an opportunity for residents to learn how local government functions and how volunteers help shape decisions affecting the Brattleboro community. Community members of all backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to attend
